Calls Bypassing Screener #175

Description

Is there a configuration setting that would log the modem string for non-permitted calls that pass through unscreened and unblocked?

Two calls have bypassed screening with completely different caller-id information as far as I can tell from the phone display. The calls are not captured at all by callattendant. The journalctl log shows

Oct 29 15:44:09 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: Waiting for next call...
Oct 29 16:32:06 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: RING
Oct 29 16:32:06 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: RING LED blinking: 10 times
Oct 29 16:32:10 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: RING
Oct 29 16:32:10 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: RING LED blinking: 10 times
Oct 29 16:32:16 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: RING
Oct 29 16:32:16 raspberrypi callattendant[693]: RING LED blinking: 10 times

when the screener would normally answer after the first ring.

The app.cfg has
DEBUG = True

BTW, the new feature to screen numbers with all zeros (missing caller-id number) is working great.
