• Explain DML is not-for-profit organisation which collects and aggregates data about displaced children, through anonymised drawings and aggregated data
• Explain we have specific questions regarding our process for requesting and recording informed consent to collect and share drawings and data
• Explain that data has been gathered within Europe to date (Serbia)
• Assure them we can give in-depth information/documentation for their review once we have the right contact
• Phone rather than email
