Pull Requests - New Version

I see we've got quite a few pull requests. Can we come together and get some of these merged? SC is already broken - let's not let perfect be the enemy of good enough. Modify the PR if needed to fix small things. Let's get this working again and I'll push out a new version. The v2 manifest is preventing it from being submitted to Firefox and Opera. I've also had an email request to get await stuff merged #162. I've asked for more testers on Geni if that will help.
