I'll try to implement a basic functionality - probably limited to the commonest formats e.g. FAT32, EXT4 - sometime in OS9. If you want all the bells and whistles better to install a dedicated app. |

You don't need to have all the formats, just the most basic ones. Fat32 and ext4 are fine. |

The possibility of formatting a USB drive through the File actions menu (this is extremely necessary). And make Files handle compressed files well to finally retire the GNOME compressed file manager.
