Git status not updated when new file created or deleted until Code restarts #986
Description
What Happened
A new file was created in a git repository, in src using the sidebar. The file was not marked with the git untracked icon as expected but the parent folder was. Code was restarted - the correct icon was shown on the file. The new file was deleted with the sidebar The file disappeared in Code, as expected but the parent folders remained marked with the "new" icon. Until Code was restarted or the project reloaded.
Expected Behavior
All related git status icons should be updated when a new file is created or deleted,
