suggestion from wim bouwmann about getting the results in absolute units:

If I take as a unit for the SLD 10^-6 \AA^-2 and radius in nm and the I(0) in cm^-1, then I obtain with an analytical calculation exactly a factor 1000 higher.
It is a matter of taste if you want to get all signals on an absolute scale, but that would mean that you have to give units for all parameters in shape2sas.

However, I recommend doing it with more rigorous derivation. Now you don’t define the dimensions in shape2sas, which effectively means that you have the same unit of length in all parameters. This is the easiest way to be consistent.
