Links in Tables of Contents not Working

@malisi The links on the tables of contents in the methods guides do not work on any of my browsers. Do they work on yours? Is there a fix for this? Some alternative solution that some searching on stackoverflow might suggest?

This is a problem associated with using rawgit. Perhaps it will work better with a different service.

@jwbowers Why not post-process the generated HTML by directly creating each of the pages, including the "egap.org" headers, then publish to whatever platform you are using for "egap.org"? Solves all those problems. Use the "includes:" option to Rmarkdown config. Or post-process with sed.

It's Wordpress? that's even easier. There's a R-to-WP package (I think).
