Medium and Easy Drums don't use all 4 lanes

I just tried using the tool to convert an expert drum track, and the hard track looks okay. However, in the Medium track, there are no green notes, and in the Easy track, there are no blue or green notes. Some notes that were important (like crash cymbals on count 1) even got removed.
