Add new GitHub action for publishing multiple workshops from a repository. #2
Description
Use as template what is done in:
- https://github.com/educates/labs-vcluster-testing/blob/main/.github/workflows/publish-workshops.yaml
In addition to actions properties similar to action for publishing a single workshop, should have properties for include and exclude so have a way of specifying a subset of workshops in the repository that should be published.
