Add PS4 variable to host #86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A very useful thing would be to add a PS4 variable to improve logging and display the time together with the line of the script. For instance:
export PS4="[ \D{%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S} | L$LINENO ] --> "
set -TEexuva -o pipefail +v
