Get upstream area directly using earthkit-hydro #58

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In future, we shouldn't even need to specify an upstream area file. We could have the option of computing it directly using earthkit-hydro (but this requires some knowledge of lat-lon/physical space in ekh first)
