What happened?

Not finding git when running: ./scripts/actions.sh create-links from WeatherGenerator due to changes in ../WeatherGenerator-private/hpc/platform-env.py

@grassesi I think this is caused by the change to platform-env. Doesn't work for me even after a fresh sync.

As a temporary solution you can try running scripts/actions with the environment activated. Either do:

• uv run scripts/actions.sh create-links
• . .venv/bin/activate && scripts/actions.sh create-links

A more permanent solution would be:

• implement logic for create-links in separate python file scripts/create_links.py
• include the git dependency via uv magic in the header eg.:

#!/usr/bin/env -S uv run
# /// script
# dependencies = [ "gitpython"]
# ///

• run using

cd "$SCRIPT_DIR" || exit 1
uv run --no-project python scripts/create_links.py
