Agent lifecycle updates are not reliable due to connectivity probelems #10
Description
The agent lifecycle updates and twin connectivity are not reliable due to network connectivity problems and failures. This should be addressed for the complete agent lifecycle:
- Connectivity is not guaranteed and failures are common
- Agents should have retry and recovery modes until they are successfully registered with the twin server
- Agent lifecycle states should be reliably updated with the twin server
