How to extract "Genetic Regulation Schematic" from flat files? #2
Description
I've downloaded the flat files from EcoCyc and got an ecoyc.ocelot format that I THINK contains the network structure. Is there a way in your package to parse this so I can get a networkx graph (at best) or a list of edges?
