PF Calendar missing after Joomla 3.6.5 update

We don't use Project Fork much at our website but the business owner likes it and I keep it up to date as I apply other extension and core Joomla updates from time to time. This last update, after the update to Joomla 3.6.5, the calendar doesn't appear, just the title "Projectfork Calendar."

I have two websites with the same Joomla configuration: the development website is at SiteGround (http://gcp.elizapro.com) and the calendar looks fine. The live website is at BlueHost (https://glencanyonproperties.com) and there the calendar is gone. On Windows 7, both Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Joomla Version: 3.6.5 Stable
Projectfork Version: 4.4.0 Stable
PHP Version: 7.0.12
Calendar version: 1.0.3

How to reproduce the problem:

go to https://glencanyonproperties.com
lower right (in the footer) find the login link
log in as "angek"
you'll see the PF dashboard, as in the screenshots, calendar is missing
Compare this with the screenshot at http://gcp.elizapro.com which looks the same except the calendar is present.

You can log in to Joomla back end in the usual way to check/compare the PF config, at both live and development websites. The development website is at http://gcp.elizapro.com.

I don't think SSL/HTTPS is the issue, since we've had the SSL certificate for the live site for at least a couple of years now. I turned off "Force HTTPS" as an experiment at the live site and logged to the site over http and still I could not see the calendar. I've since turned back on "Force HTTPS."
