downloaded mboxes missing header information

Describe the bug
downloading an mbox from any search produces an mbox that is missing header infomation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to search result
2. Click on download mbox file
3. Open the mbox in text editor
4. See error--missing info such as :

Are you able to share the epadd-appraisal folder or the original emails? Thanks

The appraisal folder is gone. The original emails for this one is 135 GB. It's doing this for all the collections processed though--I know I had correct mboxes in an earlier version. Here is a smaller collection of original mboxes in one drive. I am still able to download the header csv and it's grabbing all the information there if that helps.

Here's another twist. The mbox is downloading fine in the appraisal and processing mode, but once it goes to delivery is when it loses that information.
