Price and discount conditions on state

Hi :)

We're working on solution for a customer in US who has different prices and discounts for different states. This is currently not supported in the price matrix nor in discounts.

The shop is B2C facing, so we can't use the customer number for differentiation neither. So, could we have a state condition in the Price matrix and New discount experience added, please?
