Create new "Convert to GB" Samples project

This will be a new project.

• Will have 5 migration or conversion examples to move webapps using other services to Geoblazor
• Google maps
• Bing Maps/Azure Maps
• Tom Tom
• Mapbox
• HERE or Maptiler

Each razor page will have documentation and how tos on setting up the different components and or adjusting the configurations to use GB.
