RPC failed; result=22, HTTP code = 417

Per code, HTTP code = 417 is "Failed to execute background task" which is a call to git to (either):

• advertise the stats on upload-pack +
• accept the pack
• failed to produce the pack
• update refs

The issue is either sporadic, or sustained, depending on server set up.
