Report errors and more detailed status #11
Description
Errors on the presentation client, like unplugged capture devices, unsopported resolutions or uninterpretable string values for some filters are hidden in the index.html browser console.
Errors should be reported back to the UI in some fashion so the user can handle them if possible.
