Gcode preview is flat

The preview of the gcode shows flat in the X/Y axis instead of the 3D preview including the Z axis.

It may start out flat, but can be turned by dragging the mouse, if all is well. Maybe this doesn't work on modern browsers or touch devices, so it needs to be fixed then.
