How to send mission file or how to check vehicle status?

I have been trying to communicate to my drone with ardupilotmega and mavlink for a long time. I managed to connect and I see the packages that you send me, but I don't know how to send you things or how to ask and wait for your answers. I don't know how to create the messages to send, I read a lot of documentation, but I don't know how to apply it with dronefleet.
Somebody could help me?

What I understand is that you want to send commands to the drone using dronefleet, but don't know how to create the command packet.

So to understand how to create a message/command packet you can go through the source code of "pymavlink" (Python) https://mavlink.io/en/mavgen_python/
You should also take a look at the readme section of dronefleet as well https://github.com/dronefleet/mavlink#writing-mavlink-2-messages , they have directly showed how to use it, the example is for sending GCS Heartbeat to the vehicle
