Update readme to use Gradle Wrapper

Dear all,
It will be great if the Readme file will be updated and some simple instructions about using Gradle wrapper to rebuild the library with an updated protocol description will be provided. I don't know if it is so uncommon if Java developers are not familiar with Gradle nowadays, but I am not and hope that some straightforward instructions will be beneficial for all the users of this great project.
