Notification area "steals" mouse input #8
Description
Noticed clicking the bottom right area was unresponsive (e.g. clicking icons on desktop, certain app, etc)
When quitting talk-electron, problem was sorted, I could click that area again.
Testing closely it was the "notification area", when changing it to bottom left it "freed" that area but stole the bottom left.
Eventually a notification popped out, and when closing it, the problem was sorted.
