Building error: /etc/privoxy/config: No such file or directory

When running

docker build .

The build fails. This is due to the latest version of the privoxy package, which does not contain any etc/privoxy/config file.

Installing privoxy nowadays it adds '.new' to its default config files under /etc/privoxy.
