Photo Quality: Input photo has good resolution, brightness, low-noise

We need to tell the user if the input photo:

• is taken too far (low DPI)
• is noisy (maybe taken under low illumination)
• gets cropped outside the picture border
• does not have appropriate brightness levels
• what else?

Is it possible to match the background color with the background of the photo so that cropping outside of the picture order is still going to work?
