BTextView expands beyond window bounds on startup when word wrap is disabled and long text is inserted

When word wrap is turned off (`fTextView->SetWordWrap(false)`), inserting long text during startup (e.g., from clipboard or saved session) causes the BTextView to expand beyond the width of the containing scroll view, resulting in horizontal scrollbars not appearing and part of the view being inaccessible.
