can't be started with SHELL= under PC-DOS #26
Description
... and likely MS-DOS too.
The reason is that the empty environment is
not properly handled in a djlibc start-up code.
The work-around is to set COMSPEC or any
other var in config.sys.
djlibc patch should be prepared.
