The project is not accessible in The Registry

[Pursuit page](https://pursuit.purescript.org/packages/purescript-tscompat) claims the package should be in the registry, but perhaps something broke, it is invisible to spago.

# Steps to reproduce

1. `mkdir foo && cd foo`
2. `spago init`
3. `spago ls packages | grep tscompat`

## Expected

The package is in the list

## Actual

The package is missing
