Request: Make Github tag for version 0.4.2

Are there any additional changes you would like before publishing a release tag for version 0.4.2?

I cannot create a PR for tags, therefore this issue.

@neNasko1, I've decided to fork both repositories and merge the pending PR's and creating new version tags for both Jester and Httpbeast.
