Refreshing should not change margin of the contents

I can generate a contents and move it to the right add more spaces on the left side. But, after `HpRefresh` command, it moves back.

**Example:**
Before refreshing:
```
      *CONTENTS*
         Chapter 1 .......|chapter1|
```
Expected:
```
      *CONTENTS*
         Chapter 1 .......|chapter1|
```
Actual:
```
*CONTENTS*
   Chapter 1 .......|chapter1|
```
