Converted subtask to task stays as subtask

Hi,

Not sure it this is a bug or a feature/by design...
When you convert a subtask to a task the subtaks also stays in the subtask list.

I would expect the subtask to be deleted once it is converted to a task.
Now I need to delete the subtask by hand, this is possible, but a little annoying.

Maybe it is an idea to add the auto-delete of a subtask once it is converted to a task?

That make sense. Converting a sub task to task should clear the original subtask.
