Rewrite into a sample

1. The PCF needs an overhaul (full refactoring).
2. The PCF is a very small project.
3. VS extensibility traditionally has very little sample code.

Conclusion: It's a perfect opportunity to make a sample code out of this project!

The question is what exactly makes the current architecture weird and messy? Why is not intuitive despite being so small and simple?

1. Some names are too technical. (It's not important how exactly something is done under the hood, the goal is more important, especially when it comes to folders/namespaces.)
2. Some names are vague. It's not hard to understand them in context of an extension that colors frames but not easy either. Name meaning should depend on context as little as possible.
3. Categorization is not by PCF features but by VS extensibility API features. Again, technical details make parsing the names and structure of code harder and slower. Because extending VS is not my specialty and neither of those who need more sample code.
