Unable to add permissions to BUILTIN groups like "CREATOR OWNER" or "ADMINISTRATORS" #2

I really hope you can help me here. I need to be able to add "MANAGE DOCUMENTS" to "CREATOR OWNER" for about 500 printers. Microsoft's new method, Set-Printer, does not properly add "MANAGE DOCUMENTS". The exact issue is well laid out really well in this post.
With your script I am able add "MANAGE DOCUMENTS" correctly, thank you line 345! But I can not get the script to work with BUILTIN groups like "CREATOR OWNER" (SID = 'S-1-3-0'), and other common SIDs. I tried fixing the issue myself, but I think it's failing in the trustee section. I would be happy to add examples of what I have tried that didn't work.
