Bug: Wrap does not work after a table in .rst

When working in .RST, most lines can be wrapped as expected. However, everything after a table seems to lose the ability to wrap.

Example:
example.rst:

This statement is much too long, and someday I will work on my own ability to express myself succinctly. For now I have Rewrap to help keep my ramblings on screen, so it should wrap.

This    is      a       table
======= ======= ======= ======= 

This statement is also too long, and, while some time has passed since my previous statement, it has not been sufficient for me to improve my ability to express myself succinctly. So, I remain dependent on Rewrap to help keep my ramblings on screen; it should wrap.

example.rst after hitting alt+Q on line 1 (first) and line 7 (last):
