Trying to use Request Parameter Bindings, but not seeing any values

Trying to use Request Parameter Bindings, but not seeing any values (see below).
Any Ideas on how to fix this.
Note: I'm using serverless offline to run it locally, but when I try it deployed to AWS I see the same results (see below).
