Adding CORS support for the built-in OpenAPI endpoints

Thank you for creating this really useful framework!

Would it be possible to add the CORS headers into the responses for the two built-in Open API endpoints:

• GET <base_url>/open-api.json and
• GET <base_url>/open-api.yml
