Problem

We need to remove the faucet links and page due to the the issues redeeming DANK. We will be using Discord tipping going forward because it's hosted and free.

Implementation

Remove the link to the faucet page entirely.

Acceptance Criteria

It must be a simple change to the front end UI approved by the core devs.

Future Steps

Possibly link to Discord instead.
