Add awardedDate to V+

Right now we show the value of the 'validFrom' field in the 'Issuance Date' field in V+ but that field should be labelled 'Valid From' as described in issue #246

We should also add a new field 'Awarded Date' to V+ that shows the value of the awardedDate field if it exists.
