HTML Export [enhancement]

Hello diggimezzo,

it would be great if a HTML export function from

• a (single) note
• multiple notes
• a (single) notebook
• multiple notebooks
  could integrated.

Perhaps including a TOC = table of contents (refer to issue #141) on the "left" side and on the "right" the note content.

Why I "need" this feature:
I'd like to use "knowte" in a way of "personal knowledge base" instead of "the journal" way.

Do you see the possibility to integrate that feature (from technical view and from the view you want "knowte" to be?)

@ffatgit I can definitely see the benefit of having such feature. I'm planning it for Knowte 2.1.0.
