Plugin for newer Eclipse version

Hi,

I'm wondering if it would be possible to make this plugin compatible with newer versions of Eclipse, since the Luna release is 5 years old & I cannot get Eclipse Luna to start anymore on Ubuntu 20.04. Trying to install it with newer versions gives the error about missing org.eclipse.cdt.debug.mi.core, which I think is similar is they try to solve here.
