Use a pre-built image in diambra dockerhub as a default for submission manifest in agent init

Could be a good idea to have the diambra agent init . command generating a submission that is already able to be submitted by our users without requiring to create their own agent first, so we can just add a random agent in diambra docker hub and reference that one in the default submission.yaml file
