No Local Access If Internet Is down #717

I ended up stumbling upon this issue. I lost my internet connection this past weekend and tried to access my CherryMusic on my local network and after getting past the login screen CherryMusic quickly flashed 4 line errors on the main screen and defaulted back to the login screen. This happened quite fast. I was only able to catch one of the errors which said something to the effect "no server present". This happened when I was trying to access on my browser. All is working normally since my internet connection is back up.
