Issue while running extract.sh

I tried following your tutorial on https://www.devpy.me/the-best-linux-lockscreen/ for GDM. While trying to run the extract script, it gave me this error:

./extract.sh: line 12: /home/craig/scripts/gresource-extract/theme/icons/message-indicator-symbolic.svg: No such file or directory

I am running this in ~/scripts. What can I do to fix this issue?

Never mind. I have solved the issue simply by commenting out the last three lines of code. Please tell me if that has any negative effects on the system.
