Complete all Jenkins jobs after initial install, from Ansible controller

After an initial install, the environment is not entirely provisioned. Jenkins job may failed, and deployment to production is not done.

We need a way to trigger a list of Jenkins jobs (using curl localhost/... from each CI node of each pod) from the main Ansible controler.
