Javascript start with InnerHTML #3

Hello,
My case is not simple : all HTML contents made by CKEditor are inserted in a DIV using "innerHTML" after beeing stored in sessionStorage of the browser (special application for a customer). But in this case, all inline javascript never starts and I have no animations.
My solution : add a javascript code on a "onLoad" event over a little image to start JS. Here is my question : is it possible start JS animation by calling a named function ? (I can add the file "prefixfree.min.js" in the head part of the page)
