open URI in QT wallet on bls_with_wallet repo

Describe the issue

1.trying yo open URI from wallet menu using the string:

blstest:dzyt7c5eek6vaw25puqul0zslml4fkg2nvzt6z0fvq?amount=11&message=449

What version of DeVault are you using?

bls_with_wallet repo

in gui go to receive tab and fill out request form. copy paste in other wallet.

Please retry on current bls_wallet e8bf2b7
It should work for both dvt and bls addresses and whether current wallet is either BLS only or legacy only.
