Reduce output from EMSDK #3
Description
Illustrated well with AppVeyor Windows builds] -- most (not all) of EMSDK's output is output into stderr, so we could filter that.
Some install text still gets onto stdout, but I think the level is appropriate such that an acceptable resolution is just redirect stderr.
