Missing Louisiana general and Georgia general runoff #35
Description
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there are two election dates missing.
First, during the November 6 general election, Louisiana is actually having their jungle primary. The primary table accurately reflects this; however, the data does not note that they will have the general election on December 8.
Second, Georgia has a general election runoff scheduled for January 8, 2019 in federal races.
The current structure of the data doesn't account for different general election dates (in the case of LA) or general election runoffs (in the case of GA). Any suggestions as to how to account for these?
