Import linkifyjs testcases

copying this testcases will give us a head-start in that we don't need to wait for users to the issue that we can already discover using this test suite.

Sure we need to adapt it to rust, but worst case is doing it by hand unless LLMs can help us with this task (we still need to check results carefully, but it could potentially make the task less tedious and faster)
